Relax House

My little house is an old barn that has been renovated while keeping the original stone. It is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. It is located in a very quiet corner with its own fenced garden where you can enjoy the sun all year round, read a book in peace, eat under the porch, and sunbathe in the garden. The house is located within walking distance of the center of Verbania and the beach. Perfect for a vacation alone, as a couple, or with children. The space There is an infrared sauna for 2 people and a "rain" shower with chromotherapy where you can relax with the musical CDs provided. The house has everything you need to spend a nice and quiet vacation, an equipped kitchen, upon arrival you will find soft bathrobes, towels in the bathroom, and the bed already made in the room. Guest access I am available to receive you at any time according to your needs, but the basic rules provide for the same times as hotels: check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m., but everything can be discussed at the time. Other things to note In winter, from October 1 to April 30 (and on request in other periods), you pay for the actual consumption of heating at 1.20 euros per cubic meter of gas used, the calculation will be made through the meter, and to use the fireplace there is wood on the external sides of the house, the first box under the fireplace is offered and from the second onwards you pay 5 euros per box. I accept pets, asking for courteous respect for the house, and you pay 10 euros for each pet per night. In addition to the double bed and sofa bed in the living room, I have a camping bed for children, a single cot-bed to be added if necessary, and a high chair for babies. From the 3rd person, you pay 10 euros per night more from the age of 18.
