The house offers 4,000 square feet of internal space comprising 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, cinema room, a huge modern kitchen diner, utility room, and games room complete table tennis table. Sleeping up to 14, it is ideal for family groups & is just a short walk from renowned Watergate Bay and its many restaurants like the Beach hut or Zacrys. With a playroom with toys , xbox and Ping pong table, A Cinema Room, Snug with wood fire, you can keep all the family entertained. We have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for less mobile guests The property also benefits from a large west facing decked terrace, with a beautiful sea view from the bedrooms , running along the front of the property above the garden that allows you to enjoy the sun late on into the evening. All the bedrooms at the front of the house have a view of the sea. We have an outdoor HOT TUB , which is a great place to relax after a day at the beach !
