During your stay, you will have access to the undercover double carport, off-street fenced parking and free street parking. Guest check-in is contactless via an electronic door keypad. The base price is for 2 people (1 master bedroom) Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. Unpaid for rooms will be locked. Access will be provided to rooms for bookings as follows:- 1-2 guests = Master Bedroom (1 king size bed with WIR & ensuite) 3-4 guests = Master Bedroom + 1 queen bed 5-6 guests = Master Bedroom + 2 queen beds 7-9 guests = Master Bedroom + 3 queen beds + 1 king single bed Please ensure you choose the correct number of guests when checking availability/pricing to ensure access to the required number of beds. Weekly discounts will be applied for relevant reservations. Other things to note • Entry to the house is via the undercover carport directly into a mud area • The layout of the house allows for all bedrooms to be closed off separately from the living areas • 2 bedrooms are located at the front of the house and 2 bedrooms are located at the rear/side of the house • Please note that the house can sleep up to 9 guests. • The house has double glazed windows which reduces noise levels from outside
