The Penthouse South is is part of the Urban Residences which are located right behind the well-known Rambutan Resort - Siem Reap, located in a quiet pedestrian alley 5 min walk from the city center Guest staying at the Residences have direct access to all the facilities of the Rambutan Resort like the Pool, Restaurant, Bar, room service, spa, tour info desk and 24-hour security. Secured parking is available on request. The space This is a bright, modern one-bedroom loft on two floors. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area with two sofa beds, 42" Smart TV and large dining table for six. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king-sized bed and comfort zones pocket spring mattress, spacious wardrobe, 32" Smart TV. The luxurious bathroom features a rainfall shower and a large terrazzo counter with built-in sink. There is a bridge that goes over the living room connecting the bedroom with the private balcony overlooking the neighborhood. (Our Urban type monthly rates do NOT include: Water & Electricity usage, Daily breakfast) Guest access This Penthouse apartment of a building with only 3 apartment units, 1 apartment on the first floor and 2 duplex apartments on the Second Floor. Guests have direct access to all facilities and services of Rambutan Resort next door and to the spa which is located on the ground-floor of the apartment building. To access the unit guests can use the main entrance at the lobby of Rambutan Resort or choose to use the back-end entrance which is accessible from the side alleyway. Other things to note We are located in a quiet residential area at the other side of the river from the Old Market, in a pedestrian alleyway a bit tucked away from the buzz, only 5 min walk from the town center. Around our area there are several new small restaurants and little lounge bars opening which creates a very nice vibe.
