Attached to the top floor is a balcony with table and seating for four as well as a Weber grill. The middle floor features a Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom with office. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, 50” TV, attached balcony with a relaxing swinging chair, walk in closet, Jacuzzi Tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a twin daybed with trundle twin. For your convenience there is a desk with 32" Monitor/Smart TV and multi function Laser Printer. There is also an attached bathroom with tub/shower. The bottom floor features the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, full bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower. Adjacent to the bedroom is the laundry area and garage with room for 1 car. There is also an additional parking spot in the driveway. Access to the home is controlled by a combination keypad. There is no need to ever carry or share keys.
