Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, spacious terraces, and offering panoramic sea views, the villa combines tranquillity, privacy, and proximity to the island’s main attractions—making it the ideal place for a dream holiday. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is spread over two spacious floors. The ground floor features a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, two additional bedrooms with double beds, and a family bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower and access to a private gym. From this level, guests can enjoy breathtaking sea views that enhance the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. Outside, you’ll find a large private pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms at fixed hours: from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Important information to keep in mind: In case of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send a link for online check-in for the registration of all guests.
