Villa Bencontenta is one of the accommodations of Parco Frassanelle, ancient property of the Papafava family of the Carraresi, descendants of the Da Carrara family, lords of Padua from 1318 to 1405. You will find people sincerely fond of the place, its history and tradition, but also determined to renew it while preserving the style and beauty of the past. Parco Frassanelle is the ideal place to escape from the confusion and stress of the city, to reflect, regenerate and enjoy a break. The space Villa Bencontenta is located in the flat area of Parco Frassanelle, slightly isolated from the other apartments. It has 8x16m fenced swimming pool, garden and private parking. Each room has its own bathroom en suite, there is also one common for the whole house. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room, you can also use the barbecue in the garden and pick the aromatic herbs from our garden to enrich your dishes with flavors. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, the pool and the garden, and also have free access to the private park of the estate, of over 60 hectares, where you can take pleasant walks. Other things to note PLEASE READ HERE BEFORE BOOKING: - The reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. - Check-in is allowed from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm - The COST OF HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED in the price and is calculated on consumption. The cost of heating can vary between € 40.00 and € 250.00 + vat per day. - The COST OF AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT INCLUDED in the price and comes with an extra cost of € 50,00 + vat per day - The roads of the estate are unlit and unpaved and at some points a little rough but in no way an impediment, even at night. Should you go for walks on the estate, please be aware of the ditches along the roads, some are quite deep, with stagnant water. At night be sure to take a torch.
