The space Holiday House Above is a fully equipped property with a private 30 m² swimming pool and a large outdoor area ideal for socializing and enjoying. A special atmosphere is provided by the summer kitchen with a barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen and a private toilet — perfect for preparing meals and spending time outdoors without having to enter the house. The entire house offers an open and stunning view of the Klis Fortress, the Bay of Split, the sea and the islands — especially magical at night when the city lights are reflected in the distance. Due to its elevated location, the air is exceptionally clean and the nights are fresh and pleasant even during the hottest summer months. The house is spread over two floors: The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The second floor contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, an additional kitchen, a living room and a large terrace with panoramic views. There are numerous attractions nearby that are easily accessible, and our home offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and proximity to everything you want to see and experience.
