Plenty of dock space to swim, paddleboard, fish, or just float in. Expansive deck has built-in outdoor gas grill, fridge, ice maker, TV, fire pit with outdoor hot tub! **Monthly rental available, includes covered boat lift and no occupancy tax!** The space The three bedroom two bath single story detached home features an open floor plan with updated kitchen and wet bar, and recently updated bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring all stainless steel appliances including gas grill/convection oven, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator. A food processor, blender, and coffee maker with grinder are provided. The large living space features Cable TV with premium channels, On Demand, and unlimited Wi-Fi. The Master Suite features a Cal-King bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor hot tub is directly accessible from the Master Suite through its own sliding glass doors. Two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other two double beds share another full bathroom with shower and tub. The expansive deck features a built-in outdoor gas grill with rotisserie, refrigerator, ice maker, TV, and fire pit. The outdoor ice maker is perfect for keeping your ice chest full and avoids countless trips to the store. Sun loungers, dining table, bar, and outdoor sectional with a propane fire pit is included along with a locker stocked with beach towels for your use. In addition to the covered boat dock the large 44 ft U-shaped dock can accommodate up to 3 wakeboard boats and features a swim ladder to easily get in or out of the water. Included are two paddleboards, kayak, and a paddleboat. On the dock is a storage locker that contains a variety of wetsuits, life jackets, paddles, fishing poles, pool floats, noodles, and an inflator. The home is conveniently located just across the street from a pizza parlor, deli, ice cream parlor, wine bar, ATM, gas station, and convenience store. Also across the street is a public rec center with tennis and pickleball courts and Olympic size pool where they host occasional outdoor summer concerts and movies. For food and entertainment, you can boat to several restaurants on the water such as Orwood, the Marina, and Sugar Barge to name a few. Within two miles is a shopping center that features Safeway/CVS, Starbucks, McDonalds and several other restaurants, including a sports bar/steak house. Everything your family and friends need for a great Delta vacation is at your finger tips. Our home is centrally located between San Francisco, Sacramento, and the South Bay. It is a short drive to wineries in Napa, Livermore, Lodi, Amador and Placer County wine trails. Enjoy our local wineries like Hannah Nicole and Campos which often feature concerts, or take in the areas famous roadside fruit and vegetable stands and farmers markets. Guest access The entire home is available to guest except for the fenced in side yard and certain areas of the garage. Smoking is permitted, but outdoors only.
