Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is just one block away from the beach and features a large private enclosed patio deck with a fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. You'll find stainless steel appliances in our fully equipped kitchen, along with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, the first bedroom comfortably sleeps 4-6 with TWIN-over-TWIN and TWIN-over-FULL size bunk beds, a 28-inch flat screen Smart TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a KING size bed, a 40-inch flat screen Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private full bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a 32-inch flat screen Smart TV, and a doorway to the patio deck. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all of our Smart TVs offer access to your own Netflix and Hulu accounts. Please note that we have a strict no-pet policy due to severe health allergies. Our gated complex offers a shared outdoor swimming pool, and we have 3 identical townhouses available for large family gatherings. We can't wait to welcome you to our stunning townhouse in Gulfport! Please contact us for more information. Guest access As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including the enclosed backyard for your relaxation and entertainment. Please note that the owner's closet in the downstairs bathroom and the balcony in the main bedroom are locked and not accessible to guests. We invite you to take advantage of the shared complex swimming pool, just a few steps from the front of our townhouse. For your convenience, we have reserved two designated car parking spaces just in front of the townhouse. In the event of any visitors during your stay, they can use the marked "GUEST" parking spaces near the pool. Please note that trailer parking is not permitted in the complex. Other things to note * The shared outdoor swimming pool is managed by the complex and typically opens between March and October/November. The pool maintenance schedule is not controlled by the owners/hosts. No refunds will be given if the pool is closed due to weather or maintenance. * Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties held within our property or the gated community. Guests who violate this policy will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit. * Wi-Fi is provided but may be affected by weather conditions, and we cannot guarantee its performance. No refunds will be issued if Wi-Fi is unavailable. * We are centrally located in the complex and just a few steps from the outdoor swimming pool. Our gated community is only one block away from the beach and conveniently close to many casinos.
