Please bring your own adapter if you have a non-Tesla EV! Built and updated for year round use with 2400 sf of finished space. Updated and fully furnished kitchen with silverware, bowls, plates, pans, etc. - everything you need for great family meals! Huge custom sliding door on main level overlooks the deck and lake. Deck offers two seating areas and umbrella for table. Open living room features reclining sofa, two chairs, gas fireplace, flat screen tv with local channels, and ability to plug in your own streaming device (FireStick, Roku, Apple TV, etc.) via HDMI. Bring your own and connect to our high speed wifi! Two bedrooms on the main floor. One with a queen bed, plenty of floor space, and huge closet. One with a king bed, plenty of floor space, and a large closet. Both upstairs bedrooms have regular twin mattresses and linens stored in the closets for family flexibility. One full bathroom with a large shower on the main floor. Washer and dryer on main floor as well. Downstairs features an awesome rec room with a bar, tables, and chairs that features a large sliding door to walk out to the lake frontage. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. The downstairs also has one bathroom with a shower. If you prefer to use a blow up mattress, you may bring your own and there is ample space downstairs to sleep. Outside features a huge fire pit area with seating and an 8 person picnic table as well as ample yard space on the side and back of the house. A private retreat with mature trees to the north and a fence to the south. A few short steps to the lake brings you to the dock with great fishing and a bench for relaxing and taking in the view. Sandy frontage all along the shores that drops off quickly at the end of the dock for cannon-ball competitions. PLEASE NOTE: Pontoon is available for rent separately for the duration of your stay. The 20 foot pontoon has a 40 hp four stroke motor, a fish/depth finder, and is set up for cruising or fishing. The pontoon is stored on an easy-to-use electric lift at the dock. Please inquire with host if interested. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. Extra charges will apply if #guests exceed 4. There is no smoking and no parties allowed. All guests must be on reservation or guest risks immediate cancellation of stay without refund. We work hard to keep our home in pristine condition for our guests and ask that our guests be transparent with their group size so we can provide the best experience and accommodations. Guest access Asphalt road with concrete and gravel driveway. Parking for 4 vehicles and grass area for boat trailer parking. Garage and storage shed will remain locked. Additional firewood is available to purchase locally. Other things to note This home is licensed for short-term rentals by the Marathon County Health Department. The home is inspected by the health department annually with interior/exterior inspections and a comprehensive water quality test (we pass with flying colors!). We follow local county health department rules for licensing and inspections.
