The space The closed apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has a 1 living/dining room with open large fully equipped kitchen (stove, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle...) and a visually separated bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and another bedroom with double bed 180x200, modern bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, as well as a spacious hallway. The windows are pleated with pleats and partly with exterior blinds, mosquito repellent and blackout blinds. Cot and high chair free of charge. Other things to note In addition to the stated price, an accommodation tax of the city of Leipzig is due from 01.04.2023. This is 5% of the travel price and has to be paid to the landlord before departure in cash. Exceptions to the accommodation tax (children, teenagers, severely disabled people) can be read in the accommodation statutes of the City of Leipzig.
