Indulge in the splendor of this exquisite lakeside condominium situated within the Wild Pines community at Bonita Bay. Boasting top-tier amenities and a prime location near shopping, dining, and the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit provides everything necessary for an enjoyable Florida vacation. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with linens, kitchen utensils, bath and beach towels, internet, cable, and more. Your stay includes complimentary parking, and a refreshing pool is conveniently located just a short walk away from your unit. This unit is provided with a starter set of body wash, bar soap, shampoo & conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper & paper towels. Once these items run out, they are not replenished.  Summary of unit: Unit is provided with all living essentials. Beach Towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. This unit is on the 3rd floor of building D which is the furthest south (or left) when entering Wild Pines. This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox. There is an elevator in this building. Beach access is about a 10 minute away. You can park at the public beach or take the shuttle provided! Parking is free but you will need a pass from the main gate. This unit has a king bed and two twin beds. For full list of amenities, please search for Bonita Bay Residents. Private Beach Shuttle: You will get a shuttle pass emailed to you prior to arrival. You will need to keep this wherever you go. Masks are required to ride the bus. Miles of Bike/Walking Trails: There should be a map in the unit. If not, please refer to the website for the most up to date map. Canoeing: You may access a canoe by contacting the main gate. Misc: You may also enjoy the Butterfly garden, Wild Pines pool, tennis, and grill areas, and multiple on property restaurants.
