Weight limit of 150 lbs per mattress. Each bedroom has a smart TV Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs. There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.
