Derby Bank House B&B- 2 bedroom suite & breakfast

Set in a unique mountain biking township, the Derby Bank House is in the centre of town, walking distance to eateries, brewery and the iconic floating sauna. This old fashioned style Heritage listed Bed and Breakfast sleeps four people and includes 2 queen beds (four poster), a grand lounge room, Wi-FI, TV, record player and reverse cycle AC. The entire floor from Main Street level is offered as a suite with no kitchen or laundry facilities available. No children under the age of 14 years. The space The finer details The bank house isn’t fully equipped with a kitchen. We do however have all tea and coffee facilities and a bar fridge for you to indulge in your ideal knock-off after a hard day on the trails. You can even put a record on and jam out to The Ramones or one of our many other records in our collection in front of the open wood fire(wood supplied in winter). As a true B&B you can enjoy the perks of a cooked egg & bacon breakfast every day of your stay. No children under the age of 14 years due to the nature of our building. We have lockable bike storage for you with steady racks and electricity available if you have an E-bike Check-in is from 1pm and check out by 10am thank you. We live in the downstairs section of the main house, but we respect the privacy of our guests and will leave you to your own devices unless you need a hand. Wood for the fireplace is only provided April till Oct Self contained cabin now available-seperate listing Guest access Guest entry is from Main Street- a key safe is on the front patio. There are 6 stairs to the patio Other things to note Upstairs is for guests only. Only one booking of 1-4 people at any time so only your group is in the Main Street level of the house. There is no shared common spaces Mark and Liz live in the downstairs section of the house. Please be considerate in regards to the volume of the stereo/record player after 10pm.
