Very well equipped (full sets of dishes & cookware), great for multiple / extended families with separated living spaces. The space Please note Thursday and Sunday prices are very low to accommodate long weekends (stays of 3 nights or more including the weekend), keeping your average nightly rate reasonable. Please feel free to message or inquire with any questions or to discuss custom trip lengths, we LOVE stays of 3+ nights! The spacious house is perfect for multiple and extended families and groups boasting: - 4 bedrooms - 3.5 baths - 2 living spaces - Play room with books, toys, and games for kids and adults - Reliable, Fast Wi-Fi throughout, including desk in the downstairs bedroom - Smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps ready to go with your login - Multiple outdoor spaces for lounging, eating, and playing - Bocce ball court - New remodeled private downstairs bed, bath, living space, and kitchenette with private access from the beautiful back yard - Large 2-car garage, with parking for 3 cars in the driveway - Cozy brick fireplace and firepit in the backyard (when permitted) - Excellent trail access, just a 5 minute hike to the Pipeline trail which connects or feeds into all area trails Very family (and multi-family) friendly with board games, books, toys, pack & play, kid specific seating, dishes, baby bath etc., while still being well appointed for an all-adult getaway with a properly full kitchen of cookware, dishware, glassware, kitchen tools, Weber grill (gas included), etc. and area guide books. A true fully equipped and stocked house, not just the bare necessities. Enjoy grilling on the deck off the kitchen, lunch on the main floor deck, dining on the charmingly lighted patio, lounging in the hammock and lower patio, and the towering view of Mt. Elden from the front of the house. Our family loves staying here, so we tried to furnish and stock it just how we love to enjoy it and hope you appreciate the comfortable beds, ceiling fans throughout (house does not have Air Conditioning), cozy bedding and towels, well equipped kitchen including quality coffee and tea available with burr grinder, all the dishes, glass, and cookware you could need, and extras like sleds and snowshoes! The house is family friendly, however it is not 'officially' baby/kid proof. Full adult supervision is recommended at all times. We frequently stay with our very young children, however they are supervised at all times. A baby gate, outlet covers, pack and play, Bumbo chair, kids picnic table, baby bath, kids dishes, cups, and bibs, and kids' playroom to make your stay with kids of all ages more comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and steps throughout the house, including stairs to access the house (down or up). Please keep this in mind if accessibility is a concern. Guest access I love how easy it is to get to this house and to get anywhere in town, while being able to bypass the main drag past NAU and downtown, especially when headed to Snowbowl. The city is very bicycle friendly with 56 miles in the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS). There is plenty of parking onsite, front door is operated via WiFi keypad (no keys to worry about!), and the house is easy to control overall. *On street parking is restricted from November 1 to April 1 between midnight and 7 am. Other things to note *Fireplace and outdoor furniture available seasonally and as locally permitted. We love this house and this location, and hope you will too. We also hope you will treat this house as your own, taking care for others to enjoy after you. It's an old house, not a hotel, so please use common sense and respect. We take hosting seriously, and are a proud #HostfullyHost. This means when you stay with us, you will get a personalized Hostfully guidebook. In it, you will find important information about our home, as well as our favorite local recommendations. It’s easy to navigate, and you can access it from your phone or desktop without any apps or downloads needed.
