This newly constructed property brings chic, low-maintenance living to the heart of Annapolis. No parties, events, or large gatherings! The week-long stay discount is 10%! The month-long stay discount is 20%! Pets are $100 per stay! We would be happy to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times if available! The space The property is an elegant, two-bedroom corner residence with a highly coveted formal foyer. The kitchen, featuring an accent island with storage, opens directly into the living space for optimal entertaining flow. With walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a large foyer closet, and ample kitchen cabinetry, the Royal maximizes usable space at every turn. The covered balcony allows for a refreshing indoor-outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a quiet afternoon or an al fresco dinner. Guest access Guests will check-in via the call box outside the front door of the building. They will be given a door code to the unit in order to retrieve a set of keys. The keys include a key for the unit, a fob for the front door of the building, and a fob for the garage. The callbox is only to be utilized for check-in. Afterwards, guests are to use the set of keys for the remainder of the stay. Annapolis is a very accessible city! Most destinations will be within walking distance of the property. There is also free public transportation called the Circulator. This trolley is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. Other things to note This is our first home! We are working toward creating multiple Airbnb listings for our guests to enjoy all over the country (and possibly even the world). Thank you for helping us on our journey toward accomplishing our dreams. The unit has a Ring video doorbell. This is not actively monitored, but may be reviewed if there are concerns during the stay. Guests must be in compliance with the number of guests, party, pet, and smoking policies amongst other things. The unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaner from the Eastern Shore! The security deposit is to ensure all keys and fobs are returned prior to check-out.
