Luxury Beach House Escape

Our fabulous 2 storey beachside home is situated 1.5 hrs south of Perth, a touch of luxury in a quintessential Australian coastal town. A stones throw to the family friendly beach, tennis/basketball courts and corner store/bottle shop. Fish, play golf or wine and dine in the Ferguson Valley. The space Our house is light, bright with a distinctively coastal vibe. Spacious enough to comfortably host large families or groups. It is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities,furnishings and facilities. The kitchen facing the ocean is an entertainers joy, with butlers pantry and high quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, double drawer dishwasher and top notch kitchenware with which to dress your large and relaxed dining table. This all flows into the living room with leather furniture, smart TV, WiFi and a Bluetooth Yamaha sound bar. The bifold half windows open out onto the super sized timber deck for those extra breezes. The secure deck looks at the ocean and has an 8 seater dining table and BBQ or sit at the bar, fold back the windows and watch the TV or join the conversation inside. This a truly lovely space. The three bedrooms are very generous with one large enough for a whole family. They each have air conditioning and ceiling fans for extra comfort. All bathrooms have luxury fittings and full height tiling with heated towel rails. The large laundry is fitted with front loader and tumble dryer. All linen and towels are included. Guest access As our guests you will have access to the entire home and all it's facilities including high end furnishings, appliances, crockery, cookware and BBQ.
