The location is ideal for enjoying the different areas of the garden. Situated on a small hill, facing the sea, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area. Do we wonder if you are still thinking about it? PANORAMIC ARENYS The space Comfortable and bright, with a renovation that enhances the space even more. Entering from the front door we find the entrance hall, two bedrooms and we open the way to the spacious DINING ROOM with fireplace. There are large glass doors that give access to a large TERRACE. This room connects us to the LIVING ROOM with sea views. Open KITCHEN, very practical and well equipped with a large fridge freezer and new appliances. And a small LAUNDRY area with direct access to the outside. 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS with two single beds. 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM with a double bed and a private complete bathroom with shower. All rooms have storage space and a window overlooking the property or the sea. Another complete bathroom with a shower is available and several outdoor spaces to organize a meal, enjoy a board game, or a moment of reading. Irregular round PRIVATE POOL of 23 square meters, outside toilet, garden areas, hammocks, and a splendid viewpoint where you can spend a thousand hours. We consider that it is essential to come with your car, but it is not a problem because you will be able to park inside the property. Guest access SERVICES PANORAMIC ARENYS is exclusive to its guests. ACCESS AND PARKING The access gate from the street is private and manually operated. Ample parking space for several vehicles. PRIVATE GARDEN It is large and has plenty of space to play, run around and enjoy sunny days. There is furniture designed for outdoor dining. The whole garden should be preserved, respecting the green spaces. BBQ This is within the property for the exclusive use of guests. Must be cleaned after each use, ash removed and grill degreased. PRIVATE POOL An irregular round pool of 23 m² There are hammocks for sunbathing. The neighbours' rest hours, bathroom clothing, and use of the pool must be respected. VIEWPOINT Guests can organise meals there. Furniture, crockery, cutlery and table linen are available. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located. Thank you in advance for your understanding! HOUSE'S RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed. - It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE ABANDONED We are very strict with the rules because the houses that we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
