This 2 bedroom ground floor duplex is located on the absolute beachfront at Tugun and just a few steps will have you on the golden sands of Tugun beach! Beautiful Pandanus trees line your front yard and frame the stunning ocean views beyond. The Dreamery 2 offers cool tiled, open plan living area with ceiling fan and kitchen, both offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and refreshing sea breezes. There are 2 bedrooms master with queen bed and second with 2 single beds, both with ceiling fans. Leave the car in the carport, because there are a range of cafés, bars, shops and restaurants all within close walking distance. The Dreamery 2 is ideally located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and only 100m stroll along the beach to the Tugun Surf Lifesaving Club and patrolled beach. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 11 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
