The space This accommodation is part of a chalet divided into three individual accommodations, they are entirely dedicated to lovers of design and interior architecture: glass walls, invisible doors, artists' furniture, combination of materials... come and discover an absolutely unique art of living and design of mountain housing. From your booking to your arrival, everything is done to make you feel comfortable and ready to spend a pleasant and authentic stay! The chalet is located 2 km from the first slopes of Grand Bornand and 3 km from La Clusaz, making it an ideal point to radiate in the Aravis resorts, hikes are possible from the parking lot of the chalet, parking which itself is private and free (one place per accommodation). For those who are discovering the Aravis for the first time, an activity book is available upon arrival, which tells the story of the places and gives you an overview of the activities to do in the Aravis/Annecy area (Hiking, restaurants, events...) Thank you all and see you soon! Guest access Guests have access to the Chalet's private parking as well as all common areas for storing their ski gear or other items. Other things to note IMPORTANT: All school holiday periods: All Saints' Day / Christmas / February / Easter / Summer (July and August) are only available for weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday). Any stay booked during this period that does not comply with this rule will be canceled, thank you very much for your understanding 🙏😊 Important information: Bed and bath linens are provided systematically during stays, regardless of the duration, guests also have two tea towels for the kitchen, dishwashing liquid and tablets, garbage bag as well as basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil).
