Caloundra Beach Townhouse is a Pet friendly, freestanding 3 bedroom home. 400m to Beach, 200m to Restaurants / Shops / Cafes (Our Main St). Fully fenced with a grassed courtyard area at the front, room to roam around the side and a rear undercover entertainment area with BBQ & outdoor setting, it is an ideal vacation and location for the entire family, including your four legged family member. This Townhouse is located at the back of the block in a Quiet complex of 4. The space The generous open plan living / kitchen area is fully tiled with a comfy lounge suite, 101cmT.V, Dvd and free WiFi. The living area also has fixed temp air conditioning (24 degrees). The black granite kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, Coffee machine for grinds and Coffee machine for pods. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are comfy and carpeted. The main bedroom has the warmth of a Timber/rattan Queen Bed with air conditioning and ceiling fan. The main bedroom also has a T.V. The second bedroom has 2 singles that can be zipped together to make a King Bed with a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a Single bed and ceiling fan. Both with Sliding glass doors to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a 2nd toilet downstairs. This holiday home does have a Cleaning Expectation as no cleaning costs are incorporated into, or added to your holiday rental rate. Linens & Towels are provided - Pls Launder on departure. If you choose NOT to Self-Clean, a Cleaner can be booked on request, prior to arrival. We believe its important to give our guests the option to Self-Clean OR Book a Cleaner. The basic Registration form we ask all guest to complete has a section to fill in this information. *The home is to be left Dog hair free and the gardens poop free, regardless of your chosen cleaning option. For families with Bubs, at no extra cost we can supply a highchair on request. The Townhouse comes with a Single remote lock up garage. (NOTE: Pls be careful of garage entry height if you have a 4 wheel drive / Roof racks - max garage entry height is 1.75cm). Guest access Guest will have full / sole use of the holiday home. We do not reside here. We hope you will enjoy our holiday home and treat it as your own. Check in is either by Meet and Greet or Lockbox. If entry is via Lockbox - details and the code will be provided to you the day prior to arrival. Other things to note PET FRIENDLY: Happy Valley Beach is a short stroll. This is our local Dog Friendly Park and Beach on leash area. More Dog Friendly Beaches are only minutes away - by direct route. 2.4 km to Moffat Beach - Pet Friendly all day long - Off lead before 8am and after 4pm. 2.8km to Dicky / Currimundi Beach - Off lead at all times. FOR YOUR DOG: Warm water outdoor doggie wash for after those carefree beach visits. We supply food & water bowls. Small Doggy door in the rear screen door. PET FRIENDLY Terms & Conditions: We accept dogs up to 25kg (Over 25kg by consultation) - Maximum of 2 dogs. Our local council has dog breed restrictions, so you will need to let us know dog breed and size prior to a booking been accepted. Pets must be well behaved. Owners are asked to keep their dogs QUIET and under full control. - No Diggers or Barkers please as we are located in a quiet complex. Pets are welcome inside. - Downstairs only - NO pets on furniture or beds pls. - NO pets allowed upstairs, unless by prior agreement. (Pls request the Pets Permitted Upstairs Terms & Conditions). The home is to be left Pet hair free and gardens poop free, regardless of your chosen cleaning option.
