Stunning home overlooking the Borromeo islands

Casa Bellavista has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard. Despite having all the facilities of modern day living, it still retains the magic and character of the original 'rustico' dwelling. The designer kitchen with large marble island, two luxury bathrooms, WC, three large bedrooms, one with walk-in wardrobe, open plan top floor living area and idyllic private roof terrace should leave you wanting for nothing. The pretty village of Someraro is a mile from Stresa. The space What makes Casa Bellavista unique is the stunning view of the Borromeo islands from the private roof terrace. The house is light and airy and full of character. Guests will be able to watch the sunrise and sunsets over the lake from the lounge or roof terrace. We have a lovely restaurant in the village only a few minutes away on foot and there you will be able to buy provisions, sit with a nice aperitif whilst listening to the church bells and watching the different shades of light dancing over the lake. PLEASE NOTE, WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO LEAVE 150 EUROS IN CASH FOR THE CLEANER UPON DEPARTURE. SHE WILL DO A FULL CLEAN OF THE HOUSE AND INVENTORY CHECK. SEE NOTES ON THIS FURTHER DOWN. She is a local lady who does a full inventory for us after each guest leaves and a full clean of the house. We prefer her to receive the money directly so our rental costs reflect that and we therefore try to keep them low to allow for the cleaning fee. Everything else is inclusive.
