The living room is on the 1st floor and here you can enjoy the morning coffee watching the early-morning surfers catching the first tide through the panorama windows, or walk out on the varanda to have a sundowner. The spacey suite with king size bed and a large bathroom is next to the living room and offers ocean view and access to the varanda as well. Another floor up, there's the sótão, or attic, where the view is world-class from inside or outside. This room has a sofa-bed and can function as a fourth bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor is the perfect place to cook excellent food together with family and friends. Also from here you can watch the ocean. The kitchen provides access to the patio with a barbeque and outdoor dining area, as well as the yard with comfortable, clean sun deck and children-friendly artificial lawn. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with queen size beds and large wardrobes, and a bath room with shower cabinet. All floors are heated electrically with separate thermostats in each room. The hot water is provided by gas heating. In the basement there is washing machine and storage area/garage. You can park your car in the street. The local grocery store is 300m away. Several excellent restaurants, bars and takeaways are nearby without creating any disturbance.
