Sea view villa with sauna

Our 115 m² Cayolese villa is located 50 m from the city center and the beach. The Bay of Somme is a 10-minute drive away, accessible by bike path 700 m away. Come and enjoy the sea view from our two comfortable master suites, one on the 1st floor with a baby bed and one on the 2 nd floor, as well as a double bed room located on the 1 st floor and a relaxation area with free sauna. The villa is ideal for meeting up with family or friends, in any season. The space The villa consists of: * 1 master suite on the 1st floor with bed (160 X 200) including 1 baby crib with bars and mattress. * 1 single bedroom on the 1st floor with double bed (140 x 190). * 1 master suite on the 2nd floor with bed (160 x 200). A small living room to relax with TV, free WIFI (fiber) throughout the villa, as well as documentation of our region. The + of the accommodation is a relaxation area with sauna. We provide towels and tea. "Arrive stress-free, leave full of energy": this is our leitmotif. Indeed, to make the most of your stay, the beds are made on arrival as well as the cleaning is done after your departure. In addition, towels and kitchen linen are also provided. Also, to deal with the unexpected, we provide you with: 1 roll of toilet paper, dishwasher capsules, dishwashing liquid, etc. Besides, would you like coffee or tea to relax when you arrive? No worries: it's at your disposal (Senseo and filter coffee maker). In short, the kitchen is "very comfortable" and is therefore very practical to use. So, if you like to cook, you will enjoy preparing your dishes and at the same time you will delight your guests. Childcare equipment available in the rental (changing mat, bathtub, highchair, baby bouncer, bottle brush, sleeping bags, potty, crib with mattress and bed linen. Guest access You will have access to the three bedrooms at no extra cost as well as to the entire rental in complete autonomy. Access to the sauna is private at no extra cost, it is located in the rental on the second floor. A bicycle room is attached to the locked rental. Other things to note Guests must take off their shoes to access the floor in order to respect the original parquet. The sauna is open access and unlimited in the rental. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.
