Daylesford on Delatite

Villa DD is located by the river Delatite, is modern, a luxury feel, clean, spacious 4 bedroom self contained accommodation, large land, off-street parking and great views. Located only a short walk to hotel, a short drive to restaurants and adventure area's. All are set at the foot of the Mt Buller snowfields and other alpine slopes. The space Villa DD is two storey around 288 square metre in size and is on a large residential block of land with views to the mountains, across paddocks of roaming horses and over the Delatite river. Guests have use of all the property. There is undercover parking for two cars and the house is in a small court, so no through traffic. Featuring large master bedroom 3 medium bedrooms, open dining-lounge and kitchen, a deck-balcony overlooking a large flat lawn area that then slope towards the river. A small child fence has been put up to prevent toddlers wandering towards the river which is shallow but has water-holes, fish and rapids. The Web site photo's are not glamorized, what you see is about what you get. The linen and bed covers are supplied and are refreshed at the end of the stay. Guest access The door to get in is coded and the code is given out the day of arrival. The only movement restrictions within the total property area use is, to the locked outdoor buildings, locked cupboards in the garage and boat. The overall property is large and free to move about in. Other things to note Please follows the house rules. There is a games area with table tennis and darts board set up in the double garage which all folds away if required to park a car. Request darts and be responsible who uses darts. Ski's boots and clothing can be left to dry in this area as well there is a covered area attached to the laundry for drying out wet gear. Also there is a washing machine and dryer which each needs to be turned on and off at switches and taps. Even make sure the BBQ is completely turned off. Cleaning of dryer lint filter is essential. It is requested to pull door firmly on departure, make sure you leave any door keys where found, lock other outside doors as well in garage and turn off all power you have turned on.
