For the chef, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, but if you fancy a night off form cooking why not take a stroll down to Airlie or even visit Sorento's Italian Restaurant at Coral Sea Marina, just a few minute's walk away. There is also a Gas BBQ at the house... the options are endless. With two bedrooms upstairs and a further two downstairs, there is plenty of room and plenty of privacy. A bathroom on each level for your convenience also. There is an external staircase to access both levels. The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout for your comfort during the warmer months. Cool off by taking a plunge in your very own private pool, with a shade sail to keep the kids out of the sun.
