If you need to escape your city or town for a few days, you can organize a break in Arenys de Mar, in this beautiful house in a very quiet residential area with a private pool and garden, and impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea. LITTLE ONES ARE WELCOME! They will enjoy running around the garden, playing, jumping in the pool and discovering the Maresme territory by your side. BANANA CHILL OUT IS READY TO RECEIVE YOU. Only family stay The space The area is ideal for the little ones in the house to enjoy the accommodation, the surroundings and the outdoors with complete freedom! It is a residential area very quiet, not very busy, and there is not much traffic. The house has a cool area inside the house where you can entertain, draw, make a puzzle, as well as a private garden. The house is very comfortable, as it is distributed over two floors and on the upper floor we only find bedrooms. On the first floor, we access it from the street and find the entrance hall, the stairs that go up to the top floor, a room with a private bathroom and then we have the bright living room and dining room, along with access to the kitchen and courtyard of the house. This distribution allows us to have the first floor at a single height and helps us to make the property accessible to everyone. It has a large covered terrace and areas to enjoy the sun or shade. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and sea views 1 bedroom with two single beds, with a beautiful children's decoration designed for the little ones. 1 bedroom with two single beds and reclining ceiling. We consider that it is essential to come with your transport, but it is not a problem because BANANA CHILL OUT has 2 private parking spaces next to the property, within the residential area. Guest access BANANA is exclusive to its guests. The house can accommodate 8 guests but there can be a maximum of 6 adults. ACCESS AND PARKING The entrance door is shared with the community of neighbors. Guests can enter and park vehicles on the property. It is not allowed to park the vehicle on the road, must always allow the circulation of vehicles. There are two parking spaces, one on each side of the house, you can park up to 4 vehicles (depending on size). ENTRANCE You can enjoy this space that is only used by residents of the community. There is room to run and play and there is a basketball hoop. THE PORCH AND GARDEN The garden and dining areas must be respected. These spaces are not shared but must be preserved. The chill-out pillows must be stored inside after use. THE POOL There are a couple of steps to access it. It has a staircase to facilitate entry and exit. It is private but the rest hours of the neighbors, the bathing suit, and the use of the pool must be respected. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located. Thank you in advance for your understanding! HOUSE'S RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The house has a capacity for 8 guests, but only reservations of a maximum of 6 adults are allowed. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed. - It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE ABANDONED We are very strict with the rules because the houses that we help manage are not located in tourist areas.
