It is located just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano and a few minutes' drive from Tropea. Set in the Capo Vaticano promontory, the villa is approximately 1 km from the charming Baia di Santa Maria. The villa, fully facing the sea, offers a breathtaking view that stretches from Mount Etna to Stromboli. Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a large open-plan kitchen, a spacious living room, and a service bathroom designed for people with disabilities. From the kitchen, you can directly access the pool and the veranda, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. On the ground floor, there is also a master bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor is divided into two distinct areas, accessible via two internal spiral staircases. Here, there are six additional double bedrooms and three bathrooms, bringing the total to seven double bedrooms and one room with two single beds. The villa has a capacity of 16 people. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets for maximum comfort. The villa features five bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and in every bedroom, except one, there is a small private sink. The portico, which directly faces the sea, is completely covered and furnished with tables and chairs, offering an ideal space to relax outdoors. The newly built pool is complemented by a large sun deck, furnished with tables, chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas, providing the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature.
