We welcome you to this spectacular villa between the fields of Felanitx, which consists of two buildings, a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Villa CANRITO is for large families or groups of friends up to 16 people who want complete privacy during their stay on the island. CANRITO is a finca in the southeast of Mallorca The space We will welcome you in this spectacular villa located between the fields of Felanitx composed of two buildings, a beautiful garden and a large pool with its sun loungers and parasols. The farm has two large buildings, one of them is the main house and the second an annex house. Both have been renovated and decorated with exceptional taste, and have a total of 8 bedrooms with air conditioning and 7 bathrooms and two toilets. Entering the main house, you find a large living room with comfortable sofas and TV-SAT, followed by a small living room with some armchairs, and then two dining rooms, a toilet and a large gas stove. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with two double beds with en suite bathroom with shower cabin, and another with two single beds together and a small loft with another single bed and a bathroom with shower cabin en suite. We go up the stairs and find a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub, and another with two double beds, a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. For two more people we can prepare two single extra beds as well as two cots and two high chairs for two babies. We have a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron and ironing board. In the second house we find a cheerful living room with TV with international channels, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds, and two more with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is outdoor parking for 6 cars along with a covered parking for 3 cars. A beautiful pool of 12 m x 6 m x 1.80 m deep, surrounded by a fascinating, well – kept and green garden full of lawn, many elegant outdoor corners where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate, a stunning glazed barbecue area, where you can spend unforgettable moments-all this and much more is for you. Also, here you can enjoy playing ping-pong before tasting some grilled vegetables or pizzas in the wood oven, and then chat on the sofas listening to music from the background of the satellite TV. This space even offers a large kitchen with gas hob, a bathroom with shower and a large table for 16 people. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to give data for check-in. - One day before your arrival the reception office provide time and place to pick-up the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - Late check-in is provided only if it is possible. Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request. DEPOSIT Upon arrival guests pay € 800,00 by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions.
