The second floor has several rooms surrounding a Mediterranean-style garden. Ancient olive trees prosper in this garden steps from your room and a heated pool is fully integrated into the landscape. In total, the property has twenty-seven ancient olive trees and five separate terraces. The pool system has been upgraded to a dedicated saltwater system that gently chlorinates and automates the pH. Location Our villa is located in a residential area of Chateauneuf de Grasse with a beautiful view of the sea. The approach is through an ancient olive grove and is very quiet as there is no through road. From the villa, you cannot hear any noise from the Mougins highway, nor are you under a flight path, so the only sound for miles are the segals in summer and the frogs in spring. Despite being a part of Côte d'Azur, this villa feels like a part of Périgord. This classic south facing property, had a gorgeous view of both the sea and golf courses (only two minutes away at Opio). You can see from the bay of Cannes across the bay of La Napoule and includes a fantastic view of the Esterelles. The location is ideal and convenient, just forty minutes away from Chateau St. Julien D’Aille. It is twelve minutes from Mougins Village and twenty-five from Cannes. For Super U.
