In the heart of a classified village, this 550 m² 18th century mansion, completely renovated, offers 7 suites that can accommodate 18/20 people in a setting combining modern comfort and historic character. Nestled in a 4000 m² park with a heated pool (in season, with surcharge), access barrier and security shutter, it guarantees calm and serenity while being close to the historic center, its shops and restaurants. The space The Manoir d'Isly is a luxury property with an area of more than 500 m², located in the charming village of Excideuil, in the heart of the Périgord. This exceptional place combines elegance and comfort, offering a unique experience in a beautiful setting. You will discover a spacious kitchen and a large dining area, perfect for convivial moments, as well as two majestic living rooms with XXL sofas, ideal for relaxing in a refined style. The manor has five sumptuous suites, each with a private bathroom and toilet, guaranteeing absolute comfort, as well as two additional bedrooms sharing a spacious and elegant bathroom (optional bed linen and toilet set). Enjoy the sunny terrace to savor a moment of calm, or stroll through the wooded park where centuries-old trees create a peaceful and timeless atmosphere. Relax around the pool (access barrier and safety shutter) or discover the period orangery, a real architectural jewel that adds to the charm of the property. For leisure time, the Manoir d'Isly offers a trampoline, a ping pong table, as well as an indoor games room equipped with a foosball table and a second ping pong table. Beynac Suite (1) The village of Beynac, marked as one of the most beautiful villages in France, is an open door to the Dordogne Valley. This suite located on the ground floor combines elegance and comfort. It has a very comfortable double bed and soft lighting. The ensuite bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and a stone vanity unit, inviting you to relax in a refined setting. Jumilhac Suite (2) The Château de Jumilhac has a fairytale silhouette. It is part of the Richard the Lionheart Route, a route that connects several medieval castles in the region. The suite, located on the first floor of the manor, is spacious and bright, equipped to accommodate four people with its four single beds elegantly arranged. This suite exudes a charm of yesteryear, with whitewashed walls and a very nice ceiling height. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a double stone sink cabinet. Les Milandes Suite (3) Established in Périgord Noir, the Château des Milandes overlooks the bed of the Dordogne from about fifty meters. It is famous for having been the residence of Josephine Baker. This suite, located on the first floor of the manor, exudes a refined charm and a cozy atmosphere. Featuring a large double bed with comfortable and carefully chosen bedding, it offers an intimate and comfortable space to relax. The suite has an en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a magnificent double stone sink. Windows let in soft natural light, illuminating the walls adorned with soothing hues and creating a harmonious atmosphere conducive to rest. Puyguilhem Room (4) The Château de Puyguilhem is the best-preserved Renaissance castle in France. The suite, located on the first floor of the manor, offers an intimate atmosphere with its two single beds perfect for a stay for two. The room is decorated in a classic style, with a large window letting in natural light. The bathroom, shared with the Jumilhac suite, is equipped with a spacious shower and elegant finishes, bringing comfort and functionality in a refined setting. Hautefort Suite (5) Jewel of the Périgord Noir, the Château d'Hautefort and its French gardens are an invitation to take a walk. This suite, on the first floor, is a cocoon of refinement and comfort. It offers a large double bed, perfect for peaceful nights. The suite is bathed in soft light thanks to large windows overlooking the gardens. The elegant and refined ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and two stone vanity units, ideal for a relaxing moment in complete privacy. Castelnaud Suite (6) The Château de Castelnaud faces the fortress of Beynac, its eternal medieval rival, the gardens of Marqueyssac and the village of La Roque-Gageac. This suite, located on the first floor of the manor, offers a welcoming space with two single beds carefully arranged for optimal comfort. The room is bathed in natural light and also has a bathroom, equipped with a shower allowing guests to enjoy total privacy and a relaxing space. Bourdeilles Suite (7) The impressive Château de Bourdeilles and its charming historic village will allow you to enjoy the beauty of Périgord. The suite, located on the second floor of the manor, offers a spacious and bright space. It is equipped with four single beds, perfect for accommodating several guests in a cozy, intimate setting. The suite also has a bathroom, with a very spacious shower and two vanity units, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The entire decor combines classic elegance and contemporary touches, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and park (except for some outbuildings). The Manoir, its park and its facilities are private and are not shared with anyone. Private parking with 3 spaces is across the street from the gate. Other things to note Please note that you have the option to organize family parties or other events in accordance with the rules in force. Any event must be subject to our agreement. In some cases, you may be asked for an extra fee. In addition, a heating supplement applies according to needs (oil meter reading at the start of heating and at the end, invoicing at cost price - €1.40/liter). Please note that the pool is open from the end of April to the end of September and can be heated on request using a heat pump with a surcharge (€50/day). Bed and bath linens are offered as an option: Single bed: €15 - Double bed: €30 - Toilet set: €10 per person Our services include luxury quality linen and your beds will be carefully made by us. We don't provide pool towels.
