Centrally located with superfast Wifi throughout. Stylish lounge with comfy sofas and chairs, smart TV, DVD and sea glimpse! Extremely well-equipped kitchen/diner including oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and wine cooler. Large table to eat together. High chair and bumper seat. Washing machine + tumble dryer. Downstairs shower room - perfect for sandy children! 4 bedrooms each well furnished with very comfortable beds and hotel quality linen and towels. 1 x Super King (or twin) 1 x King Size 1 x twin 1 x bunk beds (adult sized) with removable ladder Bathroom with bath and separate large shower with lots of hot water! Lovely sun trap garden with large garden table/sofa that converts into daybed, charcoal BBQ and parasol. Beach themed shady area too with seating, wigwam and firepit. Lots of garden games including Swingball and large Connect4. Garden very secure - the perfect place for adults, children and dogs. Parking on forecourt and additional free on-street parking. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden. We're centrally located, just 5-6 minutes walk to railway station, shops, restaurants and beach so easy to walk around. Free parking on forecourt and road. Other things to note During the summer months, mid April to mid September, we have a beach hut that guests are welcome to use when our family isn't using it. Stairgates (downstairs and upstairs), highchair, booster seat, bedguard. Two travel cots but guests must provide their own cot bedding. High speed Free WiFi (50mbs) throughout the property. Bath towels provided but guests must bring own beach towels. Garden is gated with full height fence so secure for young children and dogs. Selection of buckets and spades available.
