Look out for our specials such as seafood BBQ’s with freshly caught lobster from the local fishermen. Our restaurant is open from 7.30 in the morning, close at 10 pm in the evening and last order at 9pm. Also a communal laundry room is available for free use. Other things to note We happily welcome people of all races, religions, and ethnic groups. The highlight of staying at Sahaja Sawah is being far away from noisy streets and towns to fully enjoy the peaceful countryside. The downside of this is being further away from the supermarkets. Upon arrival, during the airport transfer we can stop by the grocery store if you would like to purchase items for your stay without any additional charge. Most supermarkets are around 30-45 minutes away so arranging transport is advised, otherwise there are many local traditional markets to buy fruits, veg, etc. We also have our own shop in the resort for all the essentials such as bread, milk, snacks & more. Bugs & Insects: Bali is a tropical Island where the natural environment is home to many insect varieties and interesting creatures. Small lizards such as Geckos live in the rooftops of almost every Balinese home, they are completely harmless and feed off mosquitoes and tiny bugs. Larger nocturnal lizards called Tokek make a loud sound TOKE TOKE, are also harmless, in the resort and surroundings we have a rich ecosystem and the Hindu Religion is all about maintaining a balanced existence.
