It has a spacious bedroom in which it has a 135 double bed, built-in closet and a desk. Featuring a furnished living room equipped with a TV, a sofa, and a 90-cm pull-out trundle bed with two standard mattresses and a wooden slatted base, which is very comfortable as a sofa, this apartment is ideal for one or two adults. It has a large terrace with views of the beach equipped with sofa, chairs and table, swimming pool and common areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, oven, and microwave oven. It has a washing machine and a clothesline, which are ideal for wet beach towels and clothes that need washing. Towels, linens, cookware, an iron and all the necessary domestic linens for a comfortable stay are available. Towels and beach equipment are not provided. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided free of charge. Cleaning or changing of sheets is not offered during their stay, the apartment is delivered totally clean and with a replacement of sheets and bath towels, at the departure they must leave it in the same condition and deposit the garbage in the containers that are next to the entrance of the development. It has a private parking space in the interior of the urbanization, common areas with gardens, sports court and SWIMMING POOL. NO PETS OR PETS. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS IN THE APARTMENT OR IN COMMON AREAS. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE CONDO. At the entrance to the apartment there will be the "Guest Registration", the corresponding contract and an explanation of use for you to enjoy a better stay. Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, check-out time will be before 12:00 pm. If you need to change the schedule, you should request it in advance to check availability.
