It does not have an A/C. 1 only set of keys to the house will be delivered. In case of loss, the customer will be charged the total replacement cost. COMMON AREAS: The common areas of the development, including the swimming pool, sports courts, gardens, playgrounds or other facilities, are subject to the rules, schedules, seasons, capacity, maintenance and decisions of the owners' association or the competent authorities. The owner shall not be liable for closures, restrictions, breakdowns, urgent works, sanitary incidents or unforeseen limitations beyond their control, foresight and management.
