We follow carefully clean and sanitize the house at every change Located on the first floor, is a very nice apartment with wooden beams and original terracotta floors (66 sqm), with a large living room-kitchen equipped with fridge, stainless steel sink, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Large double room very romantic with antique furniture, bathroom with shower decorated with mosaics. Adjacent to the master bedroom a hallway leads to a bedroom studio with two single beds, recommended for children because they have to pass to get out from the master bedroom. Outside there is a garden of your exclusive use with gazebo table, chairs and barbecue, where to eat and relax in the summer evenings. Guest access Our guests have over 50 hectares of land, 27 hectares of which is forest, and not only is hunting prohibited but our farm is completely fenced, providing an oasis of tranquilty. The farmhouse is right in the centre of the property and faces south, so that you have peace and sunshine all day long. There are several private areas with gazebo, tables and chairs and you can choose freely to stroll between the lake, the natural springs, decks and garden areas. WIFI internet in the house , private shady parking, electricity, water, gas, linen change every week. You can taste and buy directly our wines and olive oil are produced organically and guaranteed by AIAB (Italian Association Biological Farming). And also the organic acacia honey produced in our farm. Advice about our private STREET. We advice that our private street 350 m, that bring up to the hill till the farmhouse, is a gravel road as the most of the inside roads in Chianti where the famous Eroica Bike Race runs every years the 1st Sunday of October ! (not in our road ). It's better a car that is not too low anyway we suggest to go very slowly as we do every time , take your time and look the landscape of the vineyards. Remember that passing the gate you beginn your holiday so forget to run and take the right time to go up to the beautiful hill. Other things to note Perched the top of a picturesque hill, our house boasts stunning views and is surrounded by 50 hectares of fenced land. Your exclusive garden provides a tranquil heaven, ensuring a safe and serene environment throughout your stay. Giovanni was born in Siena and has always lived here (his family has been here for at least 4 centuries) and his favorite hobbies are history and good food so he gives our guests all the historical and culinary information about Tuscany and beyond! Simonetta (born in Florence), upon your arrival, will give you many suggestions and advice to discover our area and the nearby cities of art. She organizes Tuscan cooking courses on homemade pasta, ravioli, tortellini and tagliatelle for her guests where learning in joy becomes a game for all to play together. She organizes evenings with pizza cooked in the ancient wood-burning oven in the farmhouse. Giovanni, sommelier, organizes a very interesting sensory tasting course on wine and extra virgin olive oil, providing very useful commercial information. The house is carefully cleaned and sanitized at each change. Heating is not included in the price but it is not necessary in the months of May, June, July, August and September. From October to April it is used and depends on the weather. The cost is per consumption of Euro 5.00 per cubic meter. to be paid in cash on departure. If requested, breakfast service is to be paid separately. The tourist tax of Euro 2.00 per day over 14 years only for the first 7 days to be paid in cash on departure. A natural spring supplies water into our house and feeds the pond below. Only for drinking we recommend buying water in bottles, for cooking and washing it's fine. In Panzano in Chianti and Greve in Chianti in front of the Coop supermarket it's possible to refill empty bottles with natural water for free, in Radda in Chianti the dispenser is located in the public gardens.
