To stay in our apartment, it is mandatory for all guests to complete a form with their passport details. This is a legal requirement in Portugal for the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), which regulates the registration of guests in the country. We kindly ask that you complete the form before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process in compliance with local regulations. We would like to inform you that we have installed a noise decibel monitor in our common areas. Please note that this monitor does not register or capture any spoken words; it is solely designed to measure decibel levels. To ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, everyone’s comfort, and responsible energy use, we kindly ask that the air conditioning be set between 19°C and 23°C, avoiding extremely high or extremely low temperatures, as this may damage the appliances and the electrical system.
