The elevated and uninterrupted view completely wraps the whole property in outstanding beauty, so of course, the home had to be in tune with its surroundings. Tutukaka Vista is an architecturally designed home built in 2009 that comes elegantly furnished with upscale decor throughout. No matter the time of year, Tutukaka Vista has year-round comfort sorted, with a heat pump to warm or cool the interior of the home, and a fireplace to create a cosy living area with a fabulous ambience in winter. Tutukaka Vista is fitted with everything you could want or need during your escape to the coast, including the all-important Nespresso machine to start your day. With books, puzzles, games, and the piano, you'll find something to do after your day at the beach or out on the water. Then when the day comes to a close, get snuggled up in the lounge in front of the TV with your choice of SKY TV or Apple TV. Or, when it's pitch black outside, sit out on the deck, let your eyes adjust, and gaze up at the stars of the Milky Way or see if you can hear the local kiwi. All of this, and you're only three minutes from the restaurants, cafes, shops, marina, and the Game Fishing Club in Tutukaka. For day trips the keen surfer can head down to Sandy Bay and Whale Bay, less than a 10-minute drive away.
