The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: large swimming pool, fitness center, bicycles, table tennis, laundry service, shops, elevators, parking and 24 hour security. This 5th floor studio apartment provides a seating area, double bed, flat screen TV, modern bathroom with shower and a balcony; plus a European style kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle & hob. There are a whole host of amenities in Jomtien that residents can take advantage of, including a vast selection of shops, markets, a variety of restaurants both international and local, bars, beauty salons, massage parlors, fitness centers and many water sports available on the 6 km golden sands of Jomtien Beach. From Jomtien Beach Road you can catch a Baht Bus that will take you into the center of Pattaya where you can enjoy the bustling city, including a huge range of shopping, tourist attractions, more beaches and a lively nightlife. There is an abundance of attractions in the area, including Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden, Pattaya Floating Market, the Sanctuary of Truth, Tiffany's cabaret show, the scenic island of Koh Larn and numerous golf courses to name a few! House Rules: - Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance) - Pets are not allowed at the property - There is free parking on premises.
