Our place is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 2 living areas and has plenty of space for large families or multiple families, as we built it for 2 families to use. The floorplan has worked well for many of our guests who have commented on how practical and functional the house is. We are only a 2 minute drive from the town and surf beach in a lovely no through road . Free Wi Fi/ High Speed Internet . Free Steaming services. The space The home has all the creature comforts with gas ducted heating to all living rooms and a large split system heater/air conditioner in the main living room. We supply sheets, pillows and doonas with fresh covers. Plus bath towels and bath mats. We will communicate with you prior about your bedding requirements and have the beds of your choice made up prior to checking in. Many of our previous guests have reviewed the house as "Sparkling Clean". We are very fussy about presentation and hygiene and will not disappoint. PET FRIENDLY: Please note we welcome 1-2 dogs only. While we prefer pets to be left outside we understand some just cannot bear it and are used to the being indoors. That is ok, we have a pet just like it. We would just ask you restrict your pets to the tiled living areas. We reserve the right to request an additional cleaning fee ($80) if this rule has not been followed. Front living room- 55 Inch High definition Samsung TV, blue ray DVD player and Xbox 360 console with games. Coffee table contains numerous board games. Rear living room is huge with a large 5 seater couch with chaise that leads on to the large el fresco area. The living room has a large 60 Inch High definition Sony Bravia TV with blue ray DVD player that can even be viewed through the large sliding doors to the outdoor area. This is great for watching sport while enjoying food and drinks outdoors, while the kids can play in the big backyard. Kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel dishwasher and large cook top and oven. Coffee pod machine will get you going in the morning. Meals table area seats 8 at the table plus 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Outdoors you will enjoy the undercover El Fresco dining area with another table that seats 10 and gourmet BBQ. The backyard was designed for kids to play with half concreted for a All Year Round use. BYO your scooters or tennis balls for a game of hand ball. The other half of the yard was grassed for other games where a soft surface was preferred. The yard is fully fenced and gated for ease of access and security for kids and pets. Max 2 dogs allowed per booking. Pet Fee $60 Guest access You have access to the entire property excluding garage, shed and linen cupboard. Other things to note Weekdays And Weekends- Minimum 2 Night Stay (excluding long weekends) Long Weekends- Minimum 3 Night Stay. Christmas Holidays- Minimum 7 night Stay. (December-January)
