Family vacation home, full of charm, superb sea view, feet in the water, beach, shore fishing The space Facing the sea (in front of Eog Island hence its name), this 90 m2 house, completely renovated in 2014, can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally, a couple with 4 children, or 2 couples and 2 children. A few kilometers from the village, about a hundred meters from the port of Porsguen, and close to the beautiful beach of Porsmeur, the house has two enclosed gardens: one of 70 m2 facing the sea, the other of 180 m2 at the back of the house, with a wooden terrace. The house has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: upstairs, the master bedroom with sea view and its adjoining bathroom. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms: the first on the garden side with 2 single beds, which can be joined to make a double bed; the second, on the sea side with 2 bunk beds, ideal for 2 children, with adjoining toilet and shower room. Also on the ground floor, a living room and dining room with sea views, and a fitted kitchen. The living room is a large living room overlooking both the sea and the sheltered terrace on the land side. The latter is equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue and garden furniture. The fitted and equipped kitchen is open to the living room. At your disposal: oven, induction stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, food processor. The house has an Internet connection (via Wi-Fi) and a satellite TV (Astra) at no extra cost. It also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Small equipment also available: - Hairdryer - Baby folding bed - Baby high chair - Changing table and mat - Baby bath, baby potty The bedding is equipped with duvet and pillows. Upstairs bedroom: a large double bed 180 x 200. Ground floor bedroom on the land side: two single beds 90 x 200 or a large double bed 180 x 200. Ground floor bedroom, sea side: bunk bed: sleeps 2 90 x 200. Linens are provided; including bed linens (beds made on arrival), bathroom linens (one small and one large towel/person) and 2 dish towels. A damage deposit of €500 will be required upon check-in. Water and electricity: included in season (June to September). Off season: to be paid at the end of the stay (€3/m2, €0.20/kW). End-of-stay cleaning option: €80 (2024) – €90 (2025) – to be indicated at the time of booking. Minimum booking one week before check-in.
