Please ask for a quote if you wish to stay less than 7 nights. BUILDING Bo is located in a typically Niçois building, just off la Promenade du Paillon. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The building is well maintained. There is no lift, with about 50 steps to reach the 3rd floor. LIVING AREA Solid wood beams and striking white décor, with large windows offer the most perfect, fresh modern Scandinavian feeling one can dream of. This place boasts all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel, including comfort, space, and the latest upgrades. The living area is open plan with dining and kitchen area. There is a circular dining table and three Scandinavian-style chairs for convenient quick bites, lazy brunches or animated evening feasts. The large windows open onto a small balcony, where you can find two small chairs and a coffee table. The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably. KITCHEN The kitchen is stylish and well equipped. Find an oven, two-ring hob and microwave. There is a half-fridge, as well as all the utensils you could need to put together meals with the tempting local ingredients. It’s the perfect time to try your hand at the art of French Mediterranean cuisine, and the most delicious of them all, the Niçois specialities! The kitchen unit also has a washing machine with built-in dryer. BEDROOMS The comfortable double bed (140cm) is surrounded by bedside tables on each side. There is also a double fitted wardrobe with full-length mirrors. A second double fitted wardrobe stands in the corridor between the bedroom and the bathroom, for additional storage space. BATHROOMS & WC Stylish and modern in hues of cream and dark brown, the bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and wooden vanity unit with large mirror. Guest access This apartment is your home for the duration of your stay. Guests have full-access to all the rooms. Other things to note The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably. -- All of our holiday rental properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc. -- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure. ASK US ABOUT OUR REDUCED MONTHLY WINTER RATES:1-6 months from 36 to 50% off Nightly rate is standard for 7 nights or more. When the stay is less than 7 days then the nightly price is higher in order to cover turnover costs of linens, cleans, supplies, and management. So a 1 night stay will be much higher per night, than a 6 night stay. But a 6 night stay will only be slightly higher than the normal per night stay for a week. This allows for the works to be covered, but as well allot something to the owner for the actual rental stay and their costs i.e. electricity, water, etc. Please contact us for a quote.
