The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. On the doorstep The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include: -Tennis court -Squash court -Swimming pool -Sauna -Games area -Family club (entertainment is peak school holidays only) -Bar area (free wifi) -Launderette -Shop -Bar meals and takeaway are available. Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March): Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
