The house is in a residence closed by a gate with a digicode, so it is very well secured, access to the beach is via a private path. Pramousquier beach is one of the most beautiful in Lavandou and is protected from the wind by Cap Nègre. Its area is approximately 200 m2. 🌳 The Garden Relax in a 1,200 m² enclosed landscaped garden, secure and perfectly suitable for children. Planted with Mediterranean species (pine, laurel, olive trees...), it offers many shaded areas conducive to relaxation. A petanque court and a plancha are available for friendly moments. Private parking allows you to park several vehicles inside the property. 🌅 The terrace A large terrace of 46 m², equipped with a bright electric awning, invites you to extend your summer evenings in peace. Sit in comfortable rattan garden furniture for an aperitif, then share your meals around a large teak table, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. The integrated lighting allows you to fully enjoy this warm space, even after dark. 🏊‍♀️The pool Enjoy a private 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, facing south for optimal sunshine throughout the day. Secured by an alarm, it is ideal for a quiet vacation. It opens onto a vast exotic wooden terrace, equipped with comfortable deckchairs for your moments of relaxation. An outdoor shower with hot water is also available, perfect after a refreshing dip. 🚲 Leisure, safety & beach access During your stay, you will have at your disposal bicycles for the whole family — the perfect opportunity to discover the surroundings thanks to the secure bike path that leads to the center of Le Lavandou. For convivial moments on site, you will also find petanque balls, balloons and outdoor games, perfect for young and old. Other things to note 🏡 The house With an area of 200 m², this spacious villa can accommodate up to 11 people in a warm and refined setting, perfect for stays with family or friends.
