This flat for 4 persons offering a magnificent view on the old Nice and its hinterland is composed of : 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, a living room with his mobile air conditioning, a bathroom and an independent toilet, a living room and a fully equipped American kitchen and you will also have a balcony allowing you to have a striking and incredible view. When you leave the flat, you will be directly in the old town: 600m from the famous daily market "cours saleya", from the sea and from the Promenade des Anglais. You will also be 400m from the port and the castle's ascent. Modern, fully equipped, comfortable and very quiet flat. The nearest parking if you arrive by car is the "parking des arts". So come and enjoy the authenticity of this beautiful city of Nice, we will be there to welcome you and make sure you have a great stay in this beautiful accommodation. COVID 19 : THE APARTMENT IS FULLY DISINFECTED AND IS READY TO WELCOME YOU SAFELY according to the new Airbnb covid-19 standards and those of the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention): Before your arrival : the accommodation is fully disinfected with powerful products purchased and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see in our photos) to bring you maximum safety and allow you to be in complete serenity with us. All the supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, handrails, household appliances, keys, dustbins...) Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves. All linen and textiles are fully washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the flat: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats... We leave a minimum of time between each reservation in order to air out the flat the handing over of the keys will be done by respecting the barrier gestures: washing of the hands, wearing of a mask, minimum distance of 1 meter between us, transparent plexi glass to communicate serenely. For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydroalcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish. At your departure : You can let your keys in the flat.
