With two comfortable bedrooms, the house sleeps up to four guests, offering the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and peace. Set on a traditional rustic smallholding, the property features ample private parking, a lovely garden to relax in, and a private pool with breathtaking panoramic views—ideal for unwinding and enjoying the serene surroundings (see additional info). For BBQ lovers, there’s a fully equipped outdoor barbecue area, while the kitchen is well appointed to prepare your meals with ease. The house also includes air conditioning for your comfort year-round, cable TV for entertainment, and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Nearby, you’ll find excellent local restaurants serving traditional Portuguese cuisine, as well as several shops for your daily needs. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and garden, except for areas clearly marked as private. The house features two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, there is cable TV and free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The property also includes another house where the owners live, but access is completely separate, ensuring full privacy for both guests and owners. Outside, you’ll find relaxing areas perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings, as well as a private parking area with space for several vehicles, providing convenience and security for your car. Make yourself at home and enjoy this space designed for your comfort and relaxation. Other things to note Note: The pool is not located immediately next to the house; it is situated within the property about 50 meters away, in a very private and peaceful spot with stunning panoramic views. The pool is private and exclusively for guests’ use; it is never shared with others. Occasionally, you may see our maintenance team, who usually clean the pool in the mornings before 10 a.m. The pool is not heated, and there is no lighting in the pool area at night, so use after sunset is not recommended. Due to its more isolated location, children should always be supervised by an adult when using the pool. The pool area may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. The house and pool area are part of a small rural property (about 3,500 m²) owned by my parents, who live in a separate house on the property. Both houses enjoy a high level of privacy with their own exclusive outdoor spaces and separate vehicle entrances. The only shared space is the access path to the pool, which also leads to my parents’ garage but sees very little traffic. Upon arrival, it is a legal requirement to complete the guest registration forms (“boletins de alojamento”). For this, each guest must present a valid ID document. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this process. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have. For monthly (long-term) rentals, mid-stay cleanings and linen/towel changes are not included in the price but can be provided for an additional fee.
