All of our windows and doors are double glazed, and the home is well insulated to provide the perfect temperature no matter what the season. We also have a big rainwater tank and use our own water as much as possible. We have a strictly No pets, NO smoking & No party policy - no exceptions made. Guest access Guests are provided with complete access of the home and all it offers. Other things to note Please note our rates are wholehouse rates, we like to avoid the awkward conversations and want for your to feel completely comfortable in our home. So whether your 6 people turns to 8 you know you wont need to worry you will already be covered.
