Our Beach Front vacation home offers the BEST sea view. This 3 Story, 3 BR, 3 Bath “stand alone” building offers spectacular views including sunsets. You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and all the amenities of this setting. Security 24/7 has a monitored gate to allow only residents & visitors access to this beautiful property located at the top of the 7-Mile beach. It is exactly 20 steps to the beach and a stone's throw from Booby Caye Island. The space Our vacation home is good for singles, couples and family’s with children age 12 or older. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths offering balcony views of the Caribbean Sea. Come enjoy your time with all the home comforts including washer/dryer for convenience. Our on site manager is always available for helpful hints and can arrange day trips, airport transfers, and much more. Guest access Our guests will have full use of the entire 3 story villa. Beach chairs are not in great shape but belong to the entire property ~ beach towels are stored in kitchen cupboard for our guests use. Other things to note The villa has stairs that will not be accessible for handicapped. A new wall safe has been added in the King third floor bedroom for securing your documents and valuables.
