Great comfort with 5 beautiful bedrooms, 5 showers, 50 m2 living room (billiards), very well-equipped friendly kitchen, wifi. The garden is very nice, shaded, furnished + bbq. Chamrousse 30 minutes by car, Eau Dolle Express cable car 25 minutes (direct access to Alpe d'Huez without mountain road) super well located for skiing, biking, walks, lakes, with all the comforts of a large friendly and warm house. The space The house is particularly spacious and pleasant to stay in for your family vacation, group of friends or professional team trip. Closed parking for several vehicles. Each bedroom has its own shower room + sink, you never get in each other's way. There are 5 bedrooms in total: 3 bedrooms with 160 cm queen size beds and 2 other bedrooms each with 2 90 cm twin beds. So you can comfortably accommodate 10 people. There are 2 separate toilets, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with its shower, easy access without any steps. The garden is pleasant and shaded, perfect for relaxing after a good day of sports (we welcome many cyclists, a closed garage is available for bicycles). There is a large table (10 seats) for meals all together in the large kitchen and another (10 also) in the garden (with garden furniture, relaxation, barbecue...). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook for 10 guests. Raclette machines and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The living room is spacious, with large sofas, armchairs, TV, wifi, American billiards. The garden is very pleasant, great for relaxing, having an aperitif or meals. There is a cellar with washing machine and dryer. Full linens are provided (sheets, 2 towels/person, tablecloths, tea towels), beds are ready upon arrival. If you have a baby, we can lend you the necessary items for them free of charge (baby bed with mattress, pillow, sheets), high chair, booster seat, small bathtub, tell us your needs a little in advance. We accept dogs if they are well-behaved and do not get dirty, but they cannot stay in the house or garden unattended. Please consult us so that we can validate their stay (possibility of lending basket, cushion, bowls etc). Guest access It's a totally independent detached house reserved for you. You'll feel right at home. You can easily park in the parking lot dedicated to the house, at the end of the garden (in a secure property with a large closed gate). 3 to 4 cars without problem. Other things to note 30 minutes from the Chamrouse ski resort and 30 minutes also from access to Alpe d'Huez by the Eau d'Olle Express cable car (no need for equipment for cars, valley road without turns, easy parking, ski pass office at the bottom, very convenient). We happily accept dogs if they are sociable and clean. Since the land is not fenced, they cannot stay outside alone in your absence. The house and garden must be cleaned without any sign of our four-legged friends.
