Comfortable house, 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 30 minutes from skiing!

Great comfort with 5 beautiful bedrooms, 5 showers, living room 50m2 (billiards), very well-equipped friendly kitchen, wifi. The garden is very nice, shaded, furnished+bbq. Chamrousse 30 minutes by car, Eau Dolle Express gondola 25 minutes away (direct access to Alpe d 'Huez without a mountain road) super well located for skiing, cycling, walks, lakes, with all the comforts of a large friendly and warm house. The space The house is particularly spacious and comfortable to live in for your holiday with families, groups of friends or professional team travel. Closed parking for several vehicles. Each room has its own shower room + sink, you never bother. There are 5 bedrooms in total: 3 bedrooms with queen beds in 160cm and 2 more bedrooms each with 2 twin beds in 90cm. So you can settle in comfortably at 10. There are 2 separate toilets, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with its shower, easy access without any steps. The garden is nice and shaded, perfect for relaxing after a good sporting day (we welcome lots of cyclists, a gated garage is available for bikes). There is a large table (10 seats) for meals together in the large kitchen and another (10 too) in the garden (with garden furniture, relax, barbecue...). The kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials to cook for 10 guests. Dolce Gusto raclette machines and coffee machine. The living room is spacious, with large sofas, armchairs, tv, wifi, American billiards. The garden is very nice, great for relaxing, having an aperitif or meals. There is a pantry with washing machine and dryer. Full linens are provided (sheets, 2 hand towels/person, tablecloths, tea towels), beds are ready upon your arrival. If you have a baby, we can lend you the essentials for him free of charge (umbrella bed with mattress, pillow, sheets), high chair, booster seat, small bathtub, let us know your needs a little in advance. We accept dogs if they are wise and do not dirty but they cannot stay in the house or garden unattended. Please consult us so that we can validate their welcome (possibility to lend basket, cushion, bowls etc.). Guest access It is a completely independent detached house reserved for you. You'll feel right at home here. You can easily park in the parking lot dedicated to the house, at the end of the garden (in a secure property with a large closed gate). 3 to 4 cars without problem. Other things to note 30 minutes from the Chamrouse ski resort and 30 minutes from the access to Alpe d 'Huez by the Eau d' Olle Express gondola (no need for equipment for cars, valley road without bends, easy parking, box passes downstairs, very convenient). We are happy to accept dogs if they are sociable and clean. Since the grounds are not enclosed, they can't stay alone outside while you're away. The house and garden must be made clean with no marks of passage from our four-legged friends.
