Historic Villa Renaissance Garden by the Sea

This unique waterfront Villa blends historic charm with contemporary comforts. Its Renaissance Garden showcases the elegance of Dubrovnik’s historic summer residences and is among the best preserved in the region. Vine-covered walkways wind through the garden reflecting the heritage and lifestyle. A heated swimming pool fits perfectly into the 1000 m² garden surrounded by historic walls. Chosen centuries ago as a retreat it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy! Where timeless beauty lives!! The space The Villa has a big terrace with a stunning view of the shore that is just meters away. The heated swimming pool (heating makes the pool perfect to use even if outdoor temperatures are not high: April, May, September, October) features counter-current swimming that can be used as a powerful massage, 2 massage benches, air stream massage and colorful led lights for a night swim and relaxation. A great variety of fruit trees, flowers and decorative plants can be seen and enjoyed in the garden. Different types of grapes and a variety of fruit trees: orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, pomegranate, fig, plum, peach, nectarine, apple, pear, loquat, apricot, cherry, sour cherry, hazelnut, walnut and other fruit trees are all planted and it’s fruit can be enjoyed depending on the season. Organic tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini and other vegetables can be picked right in the garden. The garden is large enough to play badminton or volleyball. There is an outdoor ping-pong table. Every room has a separate air conditioning unit and a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney, Amazon). There’s a Smart TV in the living room area as well. The Villa has 5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus a big 56m2 terrace right above the sea and a small terrace that overlooks the garden.
